For over 30 years, our vet-led team has poured heart into every wag and purr, growing from a small Morris County gem, soon to unveil a new facility in 2025. About this role
- Perform physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and treat conditions for small animals, ensuring high standards..
- Conduct soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures using state-of-the-art gear like digital X-rays and dedicated dental suites, managing pre- and post-op care.
- Explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative care (e.g., vaccines, nutrition) to pet owners, building trust
- Work with 6 vets and a 2:1 tech-to-vet support crew to keep workflows smooth, pitching in on emergencies or busy days with a “family” mindset.
- Guide new grads or less-experienced teammates. Have an eagerness to learn and or teach.
