About us
We are looking for an experienced doctor or recent graduate to join our privately owned small animal practice that has been an integral part of Villa Park for over 40 years. We have a cohesive team that wants the new doctor to join our family and practice high-quality medicine in an environment that allows you to do your best. In addition to our regular clients, we work with many rescues. This gives us the opportunity to help needy animals as well as provides us with a varied caseload that you would not see in the average small animal hospital.
Our clients don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
About this role
We are looking for someone that loves veterinary medicine and wants to continue to learn. Generous C.E allowance. Anything that advances your education benefits the practice. Interest and talent in ultrasound and surgery are a plus.
About you
We would appreciate an associate who is organized as this makes everyone’s job easier. It would be great if the successful candidate desired an ownership interest in the practice in the future.
Our location
Villa Park is an affluent small town in the heart of Orange County, California. It offers larger-than-average lots and homes that attract a more educated clientele. In many cases, we provide veterinary care to 3 generations of clients in the same family. You won’t find this in corporate clinics. Enjoy work-life balance in a small town in the middle of Orange County, 20 minutes to the beach and 90 minutes to snow skiing. VPAC is located in a small professional building across from City Hall and next to Villa Park High School.
Our offer
The position pays a guaranteed salary of $150,000 to $250,000 based on experience and ability. It also offers group health insurance, malpractice insurance, and paid time off for both vacation and C.E.
Unique offerings include a free trip to Hawaii after 7 years of continuous employment as well as bonuses paid to ALL employees based on year-over-year gross increases.
